Shrimp Burger

During the summer of 2021 Everyman brought a new burger to the table. To celebrate it's launch I decided on a retro, playful illustration style that allowed Everyman's tongue in cheek, vintage tone of voice to shine through. I took that illustration and put together an animation for social as well as on screen and on the website.

I took inspiration from Wes Anderson's wonderfully, weird, symmetrical imagery and colour palettes as well the graphical cartoons from the 1950s. I wanted the overall feeling of the illustration to be humorous, bizarre, and new, to imply the burger is a scrumptious novelty that needs to be sampled.
