Natasha Sumner, a newly trained makeup artist, approached me for a personal brand identity that would reflect her refined, high-end aesthetic. She wanted something elegant, understated, and memorable - qualities that also define her approach to beauty. Following a round of discovery questions and brand research into aspirational references like Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, and MAC, I crafted a logo using her full name to help reinforce client recognition. The chosen typeface strikes a balance between contemporary and modest, while the brushstroke beneath introduces a visual nod to the artistry of her work. The colour palette was deliberately pared back: clean, classic, and grounded in soft blush tones that echo Natasha’s makeup style. We finished the identity with a touch of gold foiling to elevate the final printed materials - ensuring her business card left a lasting impression.
