After experiencing Everyman at The Grove firsthand, I set out to redefine the event’s creative identity - injecting it with a sense of vibrancy, warmth, and sophistication that more accurately reflected the magic of the setting. I envisioned a bold, summery, and celebratory direction that would elevate the experience and create a lasting impression. Working in close collaboration with the hotel team, events managers, set designers, and landscape artists, I developed a concept that left no detail untouched. From selecting specific plant species to curating ambient lighting and choosing Some Like It Hot as the opening night film, every decision served the larger creative vision. We also partnered with a mural artist to extend the event’s identity seamlessly across physical space - ensuring a cohesive, immersive atmosphere from arrival to closing credits. The final output translated across every touchpoint: bespoke screen and bar designs, animated holding slides, menus, invitations, venue décor, web banners, and an extensive range of printed materials. The result was a visually rich and emotionally resonant event - one that felt curated, cinematic, and unforgettable for guests from the moment they arrived. The design encapsulated even the tiniest of details, from selecting the perfect plant species to the type of lighting and even the choice of the opening night film starring Marilyn Monroe. We also collaborated with a talented mural artist to ensure a seamless and cohesive style across all parts of the event space. This attention to detail translated my initial concept into various elements, including screen and bar designs, holding slides, menus, invitations, decor, web banners, and a myriad of printed collateral.
